Fatigue & no energy

What does everyone do to get some energy and not feel so tired all the time? Any advice will help

I'm working on my sleep hygiene and yoga may help


I stagger everything @Rhonda78 so if I'm doing something one day, I'll take it easy for the next day or two. It's not good losing the control to be able to do what you want when you want but I've found listening to my body does help x
