UK Heat
How are all the UK members coping in this heat. I am exhausted all the time. Went shopping earlier and i could barely walk when i got home.

Yes the heat is very hard to deal with. I hat the summer as my limbs feel like they are weighted with 40 pounds. It’s very exhausting.
I am not from the UK but I have lived in heat my whole life. I heard about that heatwave you're having and I feel for you! Especially since you aren't accustomed to it. My best advice to you is to stay hydrated. Drink cold water/drinks with ice. Keep your internal body temperature low. It will help a lot. And stay in the shade. Don't go into the direct sunlight when it is the hottest, in the middle of the day. Good luck!
