Hello friends I'm to use a new diet about ms I not drink milk not cheese and yogurt try make exercise and be happy not be stress enjoy life I eat everyday nuts I'm to eat corn bread I have stop a wheat bread I drink everyday quail eggs 5 eggs with stomach empty for 30 minutes not eat nothing ....I eat fruits and salad 🥗 with tomatoes avocado cucumber with olive oil try it is very productive for health foods is key of multiple sclerosis so try it not will dissapoint
