I had two alemtuzamab infusions years ago, and I have recently been told that I have a reactivated lesion on the medulla area (I think). I've been offered DMT'S such as ocreavus, but I am unsure if I want to use them as I've heard that they cause you to become more susceptible to illness. Does anyone have any positive or negative lived experience of using this DMT? Would you recommend it? Many thanks!
