Does anybody else struggle w/ cognative stuff

I got a couple things that bother me cognitively. for example, I cannot just make a damn decision about anything, which bothers me. Also, sounds crazy but i feel like MS has kinda made me dyslexic, sort of. Anyway, just asking. Thx.

I understand that. When I try to concentrate on something. My head starts to spin. Today I thought I forgot my social security number. I had to call my wife to ask. The number i had in my head. I was sure it was a phone number. But no. It was my social number
