@Martin600 Hi haven't used that med but I've tried pregabalin and gabapentin in the past, it worked for a while then wasn't effective, so I live with permanent pins and needles which I've kinda gotten used to it. Hope it works out for you.

I have been taking Dulozetine since 2005, in combination with Pregabalin. I can’t say that it takes all the pain away, but it certainly is my best form of relief. I find my best relief from about 30 minutes after I take my morning pills through 12 or 1 pm. I hope it works well for you . I know it comes in at least 2 strengths…30mg or 60 mg, I believe. Pregabalin, I take 3 times per day.
