Anyone else struggle with this?

This sounds so silly to write but I really struggle with this and wonder if anyone else feels the same…… I have some problems with dizziness, mainly caused from looking up for longer than a few seconds or turning round too quickly (spinning is a complete no go!) Painting a ceiling and the dizziness that came after, along with other things, is what led to my diagnosis a few years ago. Most recently a couple of days ago I went to the dentist and just lying in the chair looking at the ceiling really messed with my head the day after. I felt dizzy, lots of headaches and like my head wasn’t even connected to my body! I’m sure I’m not the only one to ask ‘is this MS?’ on a daily basis. Does anyone else suffer in this way?

I have this it's a constant problem for me, I used to get it when looking up or down ect the doctor said it was vertigo now it's not so bad I just have to be careful with sudden movements, I take extra vitamins and get a b12 shot every 3 months to help with the dizziness x

Thank you for your reply. The doctor originally told me it was vertigo then when they looked into it further I got my diagnosis. I’ll look into the b12, thank you x
