Just read what I wrote in 2018. Since then, I've been prescribed Pramipexole, 1 x night. Now the only time I get RLS is when I forget to take it before I go to bed. So I keep some next to my bed to take if I wake up with Restless Legs. Takes an hour for my legs to stop jumping and I can sleep. So I make sure I always take it.
