Newly diagnosed and would love to know your exercise regime
Hello, I’d love to hear from fellow gym bunnies and how you modify your workout and how many times a week you train?
I’m 53 newly diagnosed RRMS and have lost so much of my hard earned muscle and want to get it back and drop some body fat.

I work out probably 4-5 times a week. I go to the gym & lift for at least 3 days & then on the other 2 days I’m doing yoga or taking my dog out for a run. I just focus on always moving my body. The more I move my body, the less I hurt.
These are mine: Mon- Bodypump Tue- Pilates+ Yoga Wed- Resistance Thu- Core Fit+ B/Balance Fri- Bodypump+ Stretch Sat- Leg Toning+ Yoga Sun- Bodypump In terms of getting to all these classes and doing the school run I'd probably average 30 miles a week combined walking and cycling.
