New job
I've been offered a new job after some problems with current employer, I work in care but new employer has sent questions for a reference, one of the questions are.. do you know of any mental or physical disability that will affect their work. I haven't disclosed that I have MS to my new employer (for now) but my current employer is saying they have to legally tell them because they have asked.
I know I don't have to legally say that I doing don't know what I should do.
Would that be a hipa violation? I don't know.
