DMT decision - Ocrevus, Kesimpta, Tysabri...ooh my!!!

*Update - my JC virus came back positive. Although very low, Tysabri wouldn't be recommended so it looks like my decision is a little easier. Kesimpta or Ocrevus ๐Ÿ™ˆ I am now the happy owner of a BRIGHT SHINY left sided optic neuritis episode, confirmed by MRI. ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐ŸŽ‰ Thankfully, I can now move up to more effective DMTs. I have the choice of Ocrevus(6 monthly infusions), Kesimpta(monthly injections at home) or Tysabri (monthly infusions). I'm looking for honest reviews of these and if you needed to change from Tysabri to Ocrevus or vice versa. I understand the risk of PML with Tysabri and despite this, my initial preference was Tysabri but the monthly infusions has stalled me a little. How inconvenient are the monthly visits to hospital? How do you make this work if you are FT employed? Can infusions happen on a Saturday? Unfortunately, Glasgow patients can't access injections for home use yet ๐Ÿ™ƒ Any damage to your veins with such regular infusions? How often do you get blood tests? I've heard positive and negative reviews of Ocrevus. Do you experience the dreaded 'crap gap' at month 5. Does Kesimpta users experience any similar crap gap before the dose is due? Pregnancy - if looking to conceive is Tysabri the best bet? Thanks in advance from a confused soul ๐Ÿ˜…

Iโ€™m on ocrevus and has been positive for me. No side effects or new lesions since starting. Only downside is the infusion takes average of 4 hrs so if thatโ€™s difficult for you be a problem. Keysimpta is easier if your a busy person as the injections quick and do yourself at home. Iโ€™ve never looked into tusabri so dunno anything about it.
