My symptoms have also got worse over the last few years. I don't have any words of wisdom I'm afraid but I feel your pain..

@Vespasian

I think feeling shit is often my default setting. Particularly when I think about the impact that MS has had on my physical capability. I think it's perfectly natural to feel that way, to feel crap about the way you are forced to adjust aspects of your life due to the ravages of this disease. It takes time to adjust to your new position, new conditions progress and any limitations that it now thrusts upon you. I find that once I've accepted and adjusted to whatever it is, then I just try to deal with it the best I can- that way it becomes my new 'normal'. I talk with other folk who have MS, if I'm finding things really tricky or speak to my MS Nurse. It makes me feel that I'm not alone and that there are actually people who do exist, who actually understand. Relatives and friends are also good to talk to, if I need to vent. Just remember that you're not alone in all this and that you have people who care and will listen if you need them.
