A few summers ago, I was outside at a garage sale and my neighbor kindly noticed the outrageous goose bumps up and down the full length of my legs (despite the 80 degree temperatures and sunshine). She said, “Honey, are you cold?” At the time, I didn’t realize that these overreactive skin bumps were tied into my MS sensory pain. But soon thereafter, I read an article about how MS nerve disruption can create super sensitivity to even the slightest temperature changes. Temperature! That’s my main trigger. Is the same true for you? 🥶🥵
