Ah I wouldn’t worry, in the infusion centre they will know. And have something on hand to give you if you have a reaction etc.
The nurses there will be ready for any reactions, but you must be honest and tell them if something is going on. Pain, dizziness, sickness, swelling. Don't downplay anything. Some people have no adverse reactions whatsoever. Personally, the only thing I have is redness the following day. My face and neck go bright red like sunburn, but this only lasts around 48 hours. To be fair I sleep through most of it once my cannula is in. They have to wake me up to check my heart rate and blood pressure 😂. You'll get steroids and antihistamines (infused) before the Ocrevus to try and combat any side effects. Just be honest with them. If you don't feel right, tell them. Happy infusions!!!! 😁
