Ppms
So my neurologist thinks I have PPMS. Should I be worried?

Hi @Joannelouise, welcome to the forum! Gotta say, it's not the best news you could get, but it's not the worst either. Best advice I can give you as a PPMS guy myself is to take a couple of deep breaths and let things unfold organically. The best coping skill you can bring to the table right now is patience. Part of the diagnostic criteria for PPMS is change over time: you'll likely be waiting 6 months to a year for a definitive diagnosis. In the meantime just live your life normally. And for goodness sake, don't spend too much time doom-scrolling forums like this one! ;-) Be well, @Joannelouise . I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.
Thank u
