Well, after 38 year, four consultant neurologists and three GPs, I'm cured! Yes, I don't have PPMS (or any other kind of MS for that matter). My latest consultant says that my brain is in excellent shape . . . .nothing to see. (But then there never was) My spine is clear of the lesions first seen in 1987. So. . . . . . What is causing the weakness of my right hand side, numbness in my feet and tingling in my right hand? According to said consultant neurologist, I have wear damage to the vertebrae in the right hand side of my neck. This is causing my neurological system to react. Cured? Hmmm I didn't know MS was a curable condition. Apparently, there are rare cases of PPMS just disappearing. . . .just going away Do I believe this? Let's say I'm cynical. We'll wait and see.
