@Jack123 My own personal thoughts on the matter are that the best thing for fatigue is sleep. I feel that if I'm feeling fatigued then it my body's way of telling me that I'm tired and need to rest. As a result I don't take any anti-fatigue medication, as I feel listening to my body is the best way of dealing with the situation. When I wake, I feel thoroughly better and am actually able to concentrate on things, that I wasn't before (another indicator that sleep is needed). I realise that for various reasons, you may be unable to take this approach. But for me, it's a perfect remedy.
