Small bursts is what I’ve found most beneficial, and creating something of a plan, in terms of your better times of day. Some days you may feel less up to it than others, and just listening to what your body tells you, to avoid over-working/ over-heating, and aggravating, I find.
I find exercising in coolest part of day helps. I'm an early riser so exercise (running) in early morning (6-7am is best for myself) If you are a night owl end of day another option. I was told about cooling vests but am yet to try cooling products that are wearable. I also wear a camel pack when running & put ice in the water when in warmer months of year.
