Ocrevus
I have been told I might not be able to have anymore infusions of Ocrevus as I am 70 years old and I have not have a relapse for a while. Has anyone else been told this and have they been able to have an alternative treatment. I am little bit worried if I do have a relapse what would happen as Ocrevus has kept in under control.
This is a hard one to answer. They say as you age your immune system becomes less active and that dmts may no longer be needed to control your ms. Did they give this as the reason? Are your immunoglobulin levels low? I would follow up with questions as to why they want you off and the trade off of staying on the dmt. Sorry you are going through this. Good luck
