New to all of it and suspected to have MS

Hi, I wanted to share my story to see if anyone can relate to it. I try to make it as short as possible. In 2021 I received a pacemaker and the same night the sudden movements( jerks) started in the right leg. They continued for several months until a new feeling began. I couldn't stand any touch bed sheet or light breeze on my right tigh. Slowly the movements dissapeared and were replaced by sharp burning and stabbing pain. I got MRI's Electormyography, Catscan the whole thing. The ruled out amiloydosis after sural nerve biopsy. The pain advanced to the feet and the leg as well as the hand up to the ellbow. My walking was effected as well, balance issues. NO meds helped with pain. After a few months the pain was copied to the left side as well. Now I have all 4 extremities with pain and limitations, weakness, exxesive sweating, sudden jerks came back in legs and arms now.cognitive symptoms limited my work and social life. I more and more loose memory, searching for words, got lost in conversation, need some time to interpret incoming information. Doctors are looking for explanation for 4 years now and it is frustrating, painful and most time I feel I just be dreaming the issue. Anyone has/had some of those symptoms? I'm looking for answer to finally take the (treasure) search to rest and start treating and living with it.
@msalec

Much of your symptoms resonate with me. Have you had mri of your brain, neck and spine with and without contrast? Had a lumbar puncture? Both tests help in the diagnosis of ms. Are you seeing a neurologist or general Dr? One thing I can recommend while ur testing is to change your lifestyle for healthier eating and exercising. I follow Dr swank ms diet. Low meat fat, no processed foods, alcohol or smoking. I walk, stretch and do chair yoga. Also for nerve pain I take 600mg 2x day of alpha lipoic acid. Please know it took my doctors 10 yrs before diagnosis. I wish you all the best on your discovery journey and hope you find answers to your symptoms quickly
