Document everything! Clear, concise, with zero emotional energy. Docs look at everything clinically. Your perceived pain can not be “measured” so it is easily dismissed. The symptoms you are describing fall into the “invisible illness” bucket, which means people easily dismiss them as “in your head,” but don’t let that slow you down. Yeah i had this horrible pain behind my eye and ice pick migraines tgey are the worst i do feel like its ms theses skins sesatikn like my rib cage is vibrating it so strange i go toliet for a wee when i need one and nothing comes out then cant stop going i have this feeling thats sumarts on my skin my mucle keep spasaming i can see it then my legs will hurt and that will come and go im sure i had the ms hug its like a squesing sensation in my ribs or abdomen last a few minites to hours rib cage feels sore sometimes i will try and get someone listen to me but there invisibke some of them no one can feel them accept me i look fine but theses can cime and go the fatigue i had was so bad ladt few weeks coukd barely get out of bed i just wanted to sleep they says my iron low i had blood test in deph and they say there fine my heart doss so.e weird rythm some times then goes back to bormal i had a ecg and it came back fine
