So my neurologist told me that I am now secondary progressive!

My neurologist has just told me that I am now secondary progressive with my MS! I feel lost, what can I do?

Surprised your constant did not discuss treatment options with you. Maybe speak to your nurse and ask what options you have . There are DMT for SPMS. Worth checking out then speaking to your MS nurse. I see you were on lemtrada, the treatment for SPMS is not as tough. Wish you all the best

@Daisy11 May I suggest you check out an American neurologist called Dr Aaron Boster, he posts videos on YouTube and has some information about SPMS. I also agree with the comments already given. There are more and more treatments coming on the market for SPMS. Have a chat with your MS healthcare team and ask what your options are.
