MS is....
Struggling with weight. I work a 40 hour week in a sedentary job and also doing an ILM college course along side. I'm knackered. But piling on the weight. During my last physical activity I damaged my rotator cuff. Any advice? Anyone on the jabs? Can you mix them with your DMT's Help needed.
Do you have weekends off? I’d suggest doing some batch cooking of healthy meals, including lunches and main meals that you could portion up ( portion control) and chill in the fridge / freeze and reheat on days that you’re very busy and understandabley tired. Useful breakfasts could be things like overnight oats ( Bircher oats) that are quick to prep the night before and eat as a breakfast prior to going to work or at work.
@sfda . I do have weekends off and do try and batch cool to stop making tired and silly choices but the weight is still going on. I know I must try harder. I've decided this is my year to get my "self"😂 together. Thank you for taking the time to comment.xx
