Hello and good morning. YES and YES again. I started needing to take naps on the weekends (mid-day) probably 10 years ago. I thought I was just catching up after a long work week. But very slowly, it became apparent that I needed to stop working….and soon thereafter realized that I needed to nap 2 hours every afternoon—-which is my new normal. It’s not like I don’t sleep well at night. I do! But I can literally be achy and exhausted by 10am. Some days even getting a shower is a daunting task, bc I want o go to bed right after. The days when I push through it (because of having company or going somewhere) I end up regretting it. It makes my MS sensory pain much worse and then I literally end up going to bed at 7pm. Shopping is particularly hard because I’m drained after one store. (Though it may prevent me from spending money) 😄
