Relationship ended
My fiance ended our relationship after nine years together, he said he doesn’t want to fester at home and wants to go hill walking etc
He says it’s nothing to do with my condition although I clearly can’t do any type of physical activity with my condition. I’m struggling to get my head around it.
I feel we have very different moral standing on the situation. I understand people should be happy together but when someone has a life long condition that changes things. I believe when you’re committed someone that you should be with them through thick and thin. Has anyone else been through something similar? I can’t imagine ever meeting anyone else and I’m only 42 💔
@Chazza1 My ex-husband announced leaving me after 4 years married when I asked the usual questions is there anyone else blah etc but then I asked if because of my diagnosis he said that 'may have been a contributing factor'. But he was with me when dx years before! If it was him dx I would have stuck with him that's what you say in vows. Won't make that mistake again. Stay strong xx
My ex left me after 16 years. As he was a narcissist, I’m much happier living on my own! It’s not always easy but better than a broken/poisonus relationship !!
