UK NHS transport

Has anyone else been denied transport to hospital because they own a car? I've used the transport for over a year now and today I tried to book for my next appointment but got refused because we own a car. I told the lady on days I can drive I still can't drive as far as my appointment but still denied. Wtf do I do? Spent most of the day crying 👍

Not from the UK but going through similar situation in the US because Medicare isn't exactly helpful with rides. We are strong we got this!

I've decided I'm just going to switch treatments, I hated the canulars anyway 🤦‍♀️
