MS and psoriatic arthritis

I am wondering if anyone else has both lovely diagnoses of MS and psoriatic arthritis. Just when I got “ used” to having MS I developed symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. I am wondering what treatments anyone is on for both of these.

I have psoriasis, and my joints get really angry every time it flares, so I believe I do have it. Actually planning on asking for a referral to a rheumatologist at my doc appointment later this week.

I know they have injections for it, but I’m pretty sure it’s just another BCell inhibitor, and I’m not sure if it’s safe with the MS DMTs? Questions I hope to get answered!
