Yoga-tastic :)

Yoga is one of the activities that I’ve found to be really beneficial, initially I went to try and improve my balance but I found it helped me beat stress and improving my feeling of well being. If you’re worried about stability or not being bendy enough look for a class in the iyengar style, which is more gentle and uses props such as chairs and blocks to help you balance.
