I wish JT would show up with his band at my local bookstore! I loved it! I also love his musicians—-and the guy playing the golden flute! So much FUN. And Justin Timberlake seems to get through the fame without too much drama. I’ve never heard any dirt on him. I recall he and his wife came to the I Promise School near me in Akron, Ohio. They spent a morning playing music and talking and playing with young kids at this special school (created by Lebron James). Class Act, JT!

One more thing, to tie this into MS, my best days with MS have been when I distract my brain with my favorite music. Do not underestimate the power of music to affect your neurons. Consider the brain scans where they play music and can SEE a visible response in a certain part of the brain! I believe MS pain signals cannot deal with 2 sensory signals at once. DISTRACT the pain with music, excercise, (warmth works for me)—-and see if you notice a reduction in your sensory symptoms.
