MAYZENT (Siponimod)

Hi My name is Debbie I am 63 and have secondary progressive MS. I have just been offered Mayzent to slow down the progression. I would like to know if anyone else has taken this and what you think. Thank you in advance

Hi @Debski63 , I have been on this treatment since feb 2022. My last 2 year MRI scans have come back as stable. Its only a small pill everyday Good luck

Hi Debbie, I’ve been on it since 2021, haven’t had any side affects, just 1 tiny pill every morning, my mri’s also come back with no new activity. Only thing is the nurse from Novartis (drug company) will come round to take bloods to monitor liver function, mine have all comeback clear. Quite happy to stay on it.
