So I’ve been loving my Yoga recently – I only started a few weeks ago but I’ve found that it really helps to strengthen my legs and improve my balance.
Anyone else find that Yoga helps? If so, it’d be great to know what poses you find help specific symptoms! And how often you practice too?
In other news, I got back behind the wheel yesterday 🚗 🎉 Now that I can feel my feet enough to use the pedals safely, I’m a lot more confident and also more independent ☺️ But I DO need to let the DVLA know about my MS, so I drove to the postbox this morning and posted away my form. Hopefully I hear back from them and will be issued a shiny new medical license to drive around with.
