Hope everyone is doing ok! Ok so ive been off sick this year and just went back to work. Currently, I work 4 days a week, full days and im off a wednesday, my office is open Mon-Fri. So anyway, I’m thinking about reducing my hours by one day. Just wondering what day I should take off? I get to do some home working too, usually 2 days a week. So im just wondeing what others work patterns are? What is good to help with fatigue? I do get really tired so im just trying to find a good work/life balance that works for both me and my employer.
I’m now on elbow crutches so getting about is more difficult and takes a lot more energy.
