That’s good news. My wife had a recent “antibodies” test and it showed that she has had Covid-19 at some point along the line. We think she had Covid-19 back in early January as that was when she went down with a bad cough. She has had no other symptoms since.

Hope she’s doing better now? And thank God that I am doing better and that I don’t have the covid19 😀

A friend of mine had a nasty cold in February and was certain it was C-19 but it seemed a bit early to have had it for our region. He does work with some international people at work so it was a possibility but the antibody test showed that he must have had Influenza A or B which was bad around here at that time. Someone had told him he was lucky not to have had it but I think I would be glad if I had and had recovered as he had…although now they are finding residual issues after having it and aren’t certain that having had it actually will give you long-lasting immunity…ughhh…a vaccine can’t come soon enough but how that plays into our various DMT choices needs to be determined as well. What a mess…

@itsmewithms My wife was tested with the swab test going back about 8 weeks ago now and she did test positive for Covid-19 BUT the figure which came back from the lab apparantley showed such a low number of Covid cells that she was tested the following day and the results came back that she DIDN’T have the virus. My wife said that the original test hurt and she feels that the tester scraped too far down the throat and really high into her nurse. The second test wasn’t as intrusive and the swab not pushed as far down as the previous test and possibly didn’t get enough cells.
Anyway, she’s thankfully healthy and happy in the knowledge that she (us) has already had the virus and have recovered from the “thing” which she had.

Yes the test seems a bit inconsistent and people that have had the swab test say they tickle the front of your brain…does not seem very pleasant and I suspect it is inconsistently done accounting for the results. A good percentage of them, in our area, are coming back positive so hopefully a long lasting immunity is found for them that can be built on-

I’m sorry for the people who tested positive for the covid19 and I hope that you all will make it through this rough time as we all are! Some more than others! I’ll keep you all in my prayers 🙏
