I need advice. I keep missing out on promotions because I forget basic definitions when someone asks me a question. Things I know but my mind goes blank and I the nerves kick in making it nearly impossible to find the words to explain what they are asking. I’m so depressed and feel so defeated. I’ve been doing this for over three years and seeing people that have been there significantly less and not accomplished what I have get promoted kills me. I don’t know what to do. I have been applying with other companies but would love to stay where I’m at. I just don’t think they are a good match due to what keep going through.
