Newly Diagnosed Course

Hi, I'm going on the course tomorrow,just wondered if anybody else has attended one of these and what can I expect. cheers

They will probably give you tips on DLA forms etc and give you lots of other information if it's anything like the one I went on. Also we had a very nice lunch on our course. Do go I would say it's definitely worth it.

I've been to two, my first as a participant after I was diagnosed, they had six sessions over six weeks covering everything from exercise and diet through to work and different treatment. I went to one last year as a speaker, it was a one day thing and the six week thing condensed into a single day with questions and answers too and a lovely lunch :-)
