MIRROR THERAPHY

hi firstly, happy christmas to everyone , and heres hoping for a great new year for you all ! secondly a quick question , has or is anyone using mirror therapy and has it worked or is it working ?

@hank , I can't say I've tried it, or even heard of it! But, I can see how the concept would work. It's similar to using a mental visualisation.
