@sultan_bahsi , are you able to see a general Doctor to discuss this problem?

@stumbler I said my complaints to my doctor and she said there’s nothing to do with headache because MS causes such pain. I wondered if anyone has same problem on this platform

I suffered from horrible headaches at the start of my diagnosis. Things I went through: Less screen time, less bright lights, more water, less caffeine, more fresh air, less sugar. Be careful on reducing caffeine though, especially if you drink a lot today. It you suddenly quit then you’ll get a worse headache than ever before.

Do you get neck/ back pain? This can also be related. Try some light stretching and relaxation for neck and shoulders, it can really help!

My my eyes play up ( Vertigo ) I get more headaches as I strain them
but I don’t think directly related to my MS – but I could be wrong

I suffer from headaches and take Tylenol#3 headache pill and it takes the pain away.
