Feeling bleh

I’ve probably been having the best few weeks since being diagnosed but this week I’ve been sore ,fatigued and the changing of moods has returned ugh. Lots of pains in my arms and my grip hasn’t been as strong. I was carrying a cup of coffee and suddenly it just slipped out of my hand. Coffee everywhere!! Lol if I didn’t laugh id cry. Just feeling burnt out. I have also been sitting with my wrist in an awkward position everyday which takes me a while to realise I’m doing it when using a computer. I think it has lead to an injury because it’s now sore when I move it in certain directions. I got letters from my neurologist about another MRI at the end of may. I guess it’s to see how things are before starting treatment.

It’s definitely been a meh kind of week

@lukezni_1 , this is all about you learning about your post-diagnosis body. MS will always let you know if you’re doing something that is upsetting it.

The fact that you say that you are feeling burnt out is probably what your MS didn’t like.

You’ll learn to “listen to your body” and respond to these messages in time.
