@mjscruggs8374 , generally, headaches aren’t usually associated with MS, although MS can indirectly be responsible.

You might be subconsciously stressing about your MS and tensing your upper body and neck. This can cause tension headaches. It can be resolved by relaxing the body, by letting your arms fall “flopily”. Or get a massage to remove the “knots”.
