Tingling arms and hot feet

Has anyone else had one side of their body feel a bit heavy, tired, tingling and hot before? My left arm and left lower limb and foot are feeling a bit funny, been under a lot of stress and quite tired at present, but getting a bit worried. Any thoughts? :)

My left side from the hip down used to feel hot to me but to the touch it wasn't. I had the tingling feeling and was dragging my leg a bit, then realised when I went in the bath I couldn't feel the hot water and cold water was painful. This is what led to my diagnosis - as well as 2 visits about vertigo. Take care.

That was one of my first symptoms. It was in patches of my arms and legs, mostly the right side. I still get it occasionally. Today I'm feeling tingly cold patches. Don't stress about it, it should settle in time. To an acceptable level if nothing else.
