I'd be wary of any place offering stem cell treatment as it's still a new thing for MS and scrupulous people will jump on any thing that offerss false hope to needy people. Fair enough there have been positive results from recent trials, but there needs to be a way of scientifically proving something's working rather than people's own opinions.
