Problems at work

This is the first time I have written a message, so please be gentle with me! Has anybody got advice on Reasonable adjustments? The Occ/Health at work has sugested I have Fridays off, due to the fact after 4 Hours travel a day to my workplace, come Friday, I am knackered. My boss has ageed, as long as I take a days pay Cut!! Is this a reasonable adjustment or just a 4 day working week? I work in the publi sector.
@Stumbler

Anthony, have a read through this MS Trust publication :- http://www.mstrust.org.uk/downloads/atwork.pdf. If that doesn't help, consult your union, or your local CAB

@GMG

Allowing you go part-time or reducing your working hours is a reasonable adjustment I think as long as it's through mutual agreement. They couldn't for example sack you if you said you needed to reduce your hours due to your health and it was reasonable with the job you do. However, I don't know where you stand if they enforce reduced hours on you with a pay cut if you don't want it. The MS Society has a helpline (you can get the number off their website) if you need any advice.... That's probably the best port of call as I think these things can be complicated and different companies interpret 'reasonable' adjustments very differently!
