Mountain Biking and the Shivers

Been into mountain biking for a few years now and really love going over Cannock Chase. Can't beat the buzz of hurting down a hill at 20+mph. I usually ride 50/60 miles a week, but when i get home and out of a hot shower i always get really shivvery and cold. Not sure if it's MS or Avonex related...

...but it never seemed to happen before i started on the injections. Does anyone get this after physical exertion, just wondered, as the temps are starting to drop it's now happening pretty badly after every ride. Must be a dodgy thermostat, any one know a decent plumber! :)

Thanks Kiki. I'll have to try skipping the shower and see how i go. Sure my flat-mates will love that one... :)
