@djmazzapie @acceptance I hear you all! I’m 47, diagnosed in 2000, symptoms way before then. I have a degree in Genetics, a Masters in Medical Biotechnology, had a lucrative career as a SQL developer, but MS, 2 young boys and a messy divorce has left me unable to hold a full time job. I’m clinging onto the bottom rung of the career ladder for dear life, but today is a good example of a day where I just have nothing to offer. Zero battery left. (That’s normally when I end up on Shift MS to make myself feel better/understood!). In spite of that, I am happy. I have found a new wonderful partner even though I wasn’t looking for one, I have 2 gorgeous boys, and things could be worse. Repeating the serenity prayer is a great idea. It really is the only way forward xx
