Hey @taraghk – I wish I could give you an answer that will work 100% – unfortunately I can’t. I could only suggest, maybe reflect on changes in your environment 3 months ago – stress/anxiety has an impact on fatigue *Ahem* COVID world perhaps? I personally use a supplement from Holland and Barrett ‘B-100 Vitamin B complex Timed release’. I adjusted my exercise to walking every day and weight lighting 5×5 gym routine every other day. What worked the best for me was the online fatigue course on the MS society website – opened my eyes to a lot – https://www.mssociety.org.uk/about-ms/signs-and-symptoms/fatigue/managing-fatigue/online-fatigue-management-course
I manage my fatigue extremely well these days. I do what I can, I delete what I don’t need to do and I delegate where possible – Good luck lovely. OT’s are fab with helping fatigue 🙂 <3 xo
