Hi @adele_barrow, sorry you’ve suffering. Writing is often an amazing was to get those feelings out. You could start to get creative; like write three words down at the end of every day about the sort of day you’ve had/your feelings, and start a collection. Y’know, things like: goodish/bleak/tiring/fun/interesting/happy/tiring and do something with them. Like, collect the words in a jar each day and eventually sort them all out into groups. Or a poem! Or, put them in a wordcloud/tree which you can generate online. Try to keep smiling through… 🙂
