Yes, your experience of limboland will resonate with most members. You just have to appreciate that with our NHS, they really put the word, patient, into the term Patients!!
There is one way of expediting the process, go private. This does rely on your personal finances. However, you may have some Private Health insurance through work. Once formally diagnosed, you can return to the NHS lists.
And, yes, these are trying times, which are delaying most things.
But, as you quite rightly say, nobody can see their future. So, nothing’s changed.
Once you get your ultimate diagnosis, you can move forward, with a treatment plan. And, life will get back to some semblance of normal.
So, in the meantime, live healthily, eat healthily. exercise moderately and avoid stress.
