@Iam24 no need to shield is the advice I have been given. I have been careful, as things are at the moment – I live in London – the most important measures are hand-washing and avoid touching your face.
I don’t mix widely or use public transport much, but that’s it.
Ocrevus does not make you high risk. If you have other co-morbitities that’s another thing. My Neurologist says get yourself pre-Covid fit i.e don’t smoke, lower your BMI, lower your sugar levels, exercise, and improve your respiratory function if you can.
