Apologies, I meant “higher” rate PIP. I am just wondering what in-person assessment I might be subject to and whether they have a knowledge of ms related fatigue and how physically limiting it can be. When I did the mock assessment online there seemed to be barely (if any) questions related to fatigue and transient symptoms related to conditions like ms where you can have good days and bad days and your ability to function can change from one hour to the next. A lot of the questions which would qualify you for the higher rate PIP band seemed to be related to severe physical and/or mental disability like paralysis or mental disorders which don’t really apply to earlier stage RRMS. Yet I still can only work on average 2-3 hours a day and so can’t hold down a job and need the higher rate PIP.
