Sometimes, stressing about sleeping stops you from sleeping 😂😂. I’ve found that if I’m trying to force my tired butt to sleep I can’t sleep or don’t sleep well 🤦🏻‍♀️. A routine helps, sleep meditation helps me as well as the ocean sounds I’ve mentioned before. Perhaps you’re drinking too much tea, the caffeine in that won’t help you sleep?
